so... it seems Kurt is questioning his faith, hmmmm? this 'buzzing' of which he speaks... what are all you guys thoughts on that, Lady Mastermind's effects (poor woman), or what the Supreme Pontiff did to him coming to the surface? keeping in mind he said it in the same panel he mentioned his faith, though he said that was because of Banshee warping Xaviers dream. i am leaning towards the Supreme Pontiff however, what banshee is doing wouldn't phase him (faith wise,that is) under normal curcumstances. i think Casey is working towards a conclusion of that particular incident in the next (last?) story arc.

and... he BAMFed! we got to see a BAMF sound effect!! kudos to Lopresti doin that

oh hey i just noticed, Chamber's got a real uniform now... heh, M even makes a crack about the new leather uniforms can't cut a break, first they say they look silly in spanddex, now leather, everyone's got an opinion, eh?

Yes. Most uniforms have been tuned a bit, it seems. Kurt's got a lot more figure hugging, and also seems simplified a great deal. He lost most of the yellow bits and the unflattering loose jacket. But the most interesting thing is his "dog collar" being colored over in every frame he's in.
Over all, defenite improvement. (IMHO)
But I still miss Cockrum's spandex...
Story isn't so bad either.

I am totally loving Uncanny recently... The X-Corps story is great... i think the colouring of the collar is on purpose, i am glad i am not the only one who noticed... his faith is shaken and his collar starts getting coloured gray instead of white... interesting.

yeah i know *sniffs* poor John... i am thinking he will be making a triumphant return though! atleast Nocturne is still around to whoop Mystiques ass.

and as forthe uniform, i like the uniform, with yellow bits and all, as drawn in Wolverine lately! oh wow, sexy! same design as in the mini, but tight fitting.

well, the Nocturne/Mystique fight hasn't been hinted at in the immediate future, but if all goes well, there will be one eventually. she's supposed to take out Mystique to prevent Nightcrawler's death, that is what she has to do to return home.

about Nighty's collar, i SO wanted to scan this in, but my scanner is making my computer crash!! grrrrr!!!!

anywho.... look closely at the page where Nighty is talking to Chamber. see anything.... missing...? his neck is very very prominent, but it is not there! not a colouring mistake, it's not even drawn in. the page before that, i don't think it's *supposed* to be there, either, but a colouring mistake coloured what should have been his neck gray instead of blue. and the page before THAT, also missing, but there is a colouring error there as well, as the trim is not yellow as it should be, and whatlooks like it should be da collar is *extremely* dark gray... so that is iffy. veeeery interesting...

Well, it's defenitely there in this frame, but very, very dark.



Of course, it could be a honest mistake, but it seems unlikely...By the way, the infamous chip seems to be missing in the annual as well, but it's hard to tell with that art.

well there was a mistake on the very next page with the colouring... so i gues you never know. maybe it is coloured so dark because it wasn't supposed to be there... it's darker than his uniform, which is black. i think we ahve to wait till next month to know for sure... tho i have a feeling that issue will be mostly Chamber, so maybe even the month after that.
